Roy Hernandez has been working in the industry since 2001, beginning their career as a Project Engineer at The YoCrunch Company, Danone North America. In 2019, they joined Culture Fresh Foods Inc as the Maintenance and Engineering Manager. In this role, they are a senior LT member responsible for overseeing, directing, mentoring, and training maintenance technical staff, production employees, engineering, contractors, and subs. Roy has a hands-on approach to team management, celebrating team success and providing on-going feedback for continuous improvement. Roy takes responsibility for its goals and results with new innovations for success.

Roy Hernandez attended Post University from 2017 to 2018, where they studied Business Administration, Management and Operations. Roy also obtained certifications from Post University, LinkedIn, the State of Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection Real Estate Commission, PMI-OC Project Management Institute Orange County Chapter, and Project Management Institute.
