Jenn Menzer has over 20 years of experience in the fitness and movement field. Jenn is the owner and operator of Menzer Fitness LLC, where they serve as a Master Fitness, Pilates, Yoga, and Health Coach. Jenn holds numerous fitness and wellness certifications, including being a Comprehensively Trained Third Generation Pilates Instructor and a Master Personal Trainer. Jenn is skilled in creating customized, effective, and fun fitness programming.

Throughout their career, Jenn has held various roles, including being a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor at Mountain Shadows AZ and Omni Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Montelucia. Jenn has also served as the Global Director of Pilates & Core at Culture Of Fit and a Certified Pilates Instructor at Studio Verve Pilates.
