Carlos Alcazar is a seasoned marketing and advertising strategist with extensive experience in cross-cultural campaigns, currently serving as the Managing Partner at Culture ONE World since December 2013, where co-founding responsibilities include leading agency efforts for government, advocacy, and private sector clients. Additionally, as Managing Director Multicultural at The Tombras Group since April 2014, advising on DEI and multicultural initiatives is a key focus. Previous roles encompass serving as President & Chief Creative Officer at Hispanic Communications Network, leading social communications for Latino communities, and holding positions at Pearson plc and Viacom that involved strategic business development and international expansion. Carlos Alcazar's education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from UC San Diego and Executive Education in Corporate Governance from Harvard Business School.

Culture ONE World is a cross-cultural advertising and media arts agency whose principals have over 20 years of experience working with government agencies, nongovernmental organizations, and corporations to build and execute their marketing communications strategy for U.S. multicultural markets. The Culture ONE World team creates work that is linguistically and culturally relevant across all media platforms, especially in the constantly evolving digital and social world. We are the agency-of-record for 2020 Census, arguably the most important government social marketing project. Our client partners include Amtrak, BioLife, Facebook, and others. As the multicultural agency for the Department of Transportation’s National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), we develop some of the most innovative federal government advertising campaigns that blend national broadcast television with targeted social media. Our most recent texting campaign resulted in awards and accolades, but most importantly we started a conversation about the topic by utilizing creative television along with breakthrough social components with influencers. As the media landscape and consumption habits change, Culture ONE World remains at the forefront of delivering impactful content on all platforms.
