Karen Kooperman

Karen Kooperman is the CEO and Principal at CultureFit. Karen has over 20 years of experience in the event planning industry, working both domestically and internationally. Karen has a proven track record of successfully executing events while maintaining high attention to detail and quality. Prior to their current role, they served as the Manager of Services at MedPoint Communications. In this role, they oversaw a team of 10-12 event planners and was responsible for all aspects of client events, from budgeting and contract negotiations to on-site execution and final reconciliations. Karen also has experience working as an independent contractor, providing event planning services to a variety of clients. Throughout their career, they have cultivated strong relationships with vendors and suppliers, which has resulted in favorable terms and conditions for their clients. Karen is a strategic thinker who is able to think outside the box to solve problems and create successful events. Karen is a strong leader who is able to motivate and inspire their team to achieve success.

Karen Kooperman has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a certification in Certified Meeting Planning (CMP). Karen also attended Glenbrook North High School.
