Deb Hreczuck

Debra Hreczuck holds the Head of People position on CultureIQ’s Human Resources team. She is entrusted with maintaining the happiness of employees, whether it be through ensuring low burn out rates, perks, or benefits.

Debra has written about various employee issues — including vacations and employee happiness, for publications such as Recruiter and HRO Today.

Debra studied film and communication at the University of Massachusetts, and shortly after moved to New York City. She started a temporary job at a staffing firm, which turned into a full-time recruiter position, and she has never looked back.

Over her 20 years in HR, Debra has seen the profession evolve its mission from simply gathering data and looking at results, to fully understanding holistically how HR can use information and insights to work toward the company’s strategies and achieve them, and she applies that same mission to her work at CultureIQ.
