Jackie Brown

Jackie Brown has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jackie started their career as a Coordinator in the Language Services Department at A&E Mundo - Latinamerica in 1997, and later moved on to a Coordinator role in the International Department at A&E Television Networks in 1999. Jackie then worked as a Project Manager at Transperfect Translations from 2000 to 2001. From 2001 to 2003, Jackie worked as an HR Coordinator at Lifetime Television. Jackie then became a Studio Manager at Dancing Diablo, overseeing the general management and operations of an animation studio from 2003 to 2006.

In 2006, Jackie joined Vox Profero as the Head of Talent & Operations, where they supervised human resources initiatives and managed key personnel until 2013. Jackie also worked independently as a Bilingual Voice Over Artist during this time, providing services in English and Spanish for various projects.

From 2013 to 2013, Jackie worked as a Talent Management Consultant at ORION Trading. Jackie then transitioned to the role of Head of People & Culture at Egami Group from 2017 to 2021. Currently, Jackie is working as the Head of People & Culture at CULTURE+ GROUP, a role they have held since 2015. Overall, Jackie has gained significant experience in talent management, operations, HR coordination, voice over artistry, and project management throughout their career.

Jackie Brown obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from UCAB - Universidad Católica Andrés Bello, where they studied from 1991 to 1997.
