Lili Gil Valletta started their career in 2000 at Johnson & Johnson, where they served as the Director of Global Marketing Services and co-founded HOLA. Lili worked for the company until 2009. In 2010, they co-founded CULTURE+ GROUP and currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer. Lili is also a Co-founder and Investor at CulturIntel since 2016, an AI-powered market research tech innovation. Lili has served as an Independent TV Contributor for various networks since 2009, providing expertise in business, diversity, multicultural, and women matters. Additionally, they have held roles as an Independent Board Director & Chair Nom/Gov at Zumiez, an Independent Corporate Board Director at RCN TV, and an Operating Executive Board Director at AUA Private Equity Partners. Lili is also an advisor and private investor at Relevant+, and a Young Global Leader Alumn at the World Economic Forum. Lili has been a Latino Entrepreneurship Advisor in partnership with Google at Dreamers Ventures from 2016-2018.

Lili Gil Valletta holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business from Southwestern Adventist University, which they completed from 1994 to 1999. Lili also pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, earning it from 2000 to 2002. In 2012, Lili attended a program in Global Leadership & Public Policy at Harvard Kennedy School. Additionally, they participated in a Foreign Exchange Program specializing in Commerce at Deakin University.
