Chad Triplett

Chad Triplett is currently a National Trainer for Culver Franchising System, LLC, providing support for new restaurant openings since 2021. As a General Manager at Culver's Restaurants since 2018, Chad oversees day-to-day operations, mentoring staff and ensuring quality customer service. Previously, Chad held the General Manager position at Culver's Frozen Custard and ButterBurgers from 2008 to 2014, where they were responsible for various operational aspects, including hiring and community involvement. Chad also worked as a Route Sales Manager at Pepsi MidAmerica from 2014 to 2018 and began their career as a General Manager at Wendy's from 2003 to 2005. Chad graduated from Livingston Central High School in 1994.
