Nicholas Bass

Nicholas Bass is an experienced engineering professional specializing in additive manufacturing, currently serving as Engineering Manager at Cumberland Additive, Inc. since June 2019, and previously held roles including Senior Additive Manufacturing Application Engineer and Additive Manufacturing Engineer. Prior to Cumberland, Nicholas worked at Arconic as an Additive Manufacturing Engineer, focusing on engineering support across all stages of additive manufacturing, including process and technology development across various platforms. Earlier experience includes positions at Flex as a Product Engineer, and multiple roles at Lockheed Martin, where responsibilities encompassed manufacturing and testing space systems. Nicholas holds a Master’s degree in Additive Manufacturing and Design from Penn State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Santa Clara University.
