Rachel Snyder

Rachel Snyder has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Human Resources Analyst and previously as a Human Resources Specialist focused on HRIS at Cumberland County, PA since November 2021. Prior roles include an Associate Representative at Ross Stores, Inc. and a Career Center Student Worker at Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania. Rachel's experience also includes a summer assistant position at Dauphin County 4-H and serving as a New Student Orientation Leader during their time at Shippensburg University. Rachel began their career as a Starbucks Barista at HMSHost. Rachel earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania between 2016 and 2020.
