Todd Anthony

Todd Anthony has extensive experience in organizational development and sales training. Todd currently holds the position of Vice President of Organizational Development at Cumberland Pharmaceuticals, a role they have had since 2022. Prior to this, Todd held various roles at Cumberland Pharmaceuticals, including Executive Director and Senior Director of Organizational Development, where they were responsible for managing human resources, administrative services, and sales training and development activities. Before joining Cumberland Pharmaceuticals, Todd worked at Bayer HealthCare as a Field Development Manager, where they designed and delivered management and leadership training. Todd also worked at Berlex Laboratories as a District Manager, Sales Training Manager, and Sales Consultant, gaining experience in cardiovascular training and sales. Todd started their career as a Sales Representative at The Mediscus Group.

Todd Anthony has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from D'Youville University. Todd also has taken credits towards an MBA in Business Administration from the University at Buffalo School of Management, The State University of New York. In addition, Todd has obtained a certification in Organizational Development from Linkage, Inc.
