Layla S. Hebert currently serves as AVP, Fiduciary & Special Assets Counsel at Cumberland Trust, a position held since May 2021. Previously, Layla worked as a Contract Analyst in the Office of Contracts Management at Vanderbilt University Medical Center from October 2019 to May 2021, focusing on the negotiation and drafting of various contracts. Prior to that, Layla was a Due Diligence Attorney at Clear Diligence, LLC, where responsibilities included regulatory compliance review for healthcare transactions. Layla's earlier role as Research Attorney II at the Louisiana Public Service Commission involved extensive legal analysis and communication with stakeholders regarding regulatory matters. Educational credentials include a Health Care Compliance Institute degree from Mitchell Hamline School of Law and a law degree from LSU Law.
