At CUMI Minerals, Vancheeswaran holds the positions of Assistant Vice President and Senior General Manager in Sales and Marketing. Prior to this, at Carborundum Universal Limited's Abrasives Division, Vancheeswaran served as General Manager of Sales Marketing and Deputy General Manager of Sales and Marketing for Abrasives. Additionally, Vancheeswaran held the role of Senior Manager of Product Management for Coated Abrasives at Carborundum Universal Limited.
