Nursel Bal

Nursel Bal, BSc, Assoc. AIA, PMP®, LEED AP, currently serves as Special Projects PM II (Owner Rep.) for the Amazon account at Cumming Group since September 2022, overseeing client communication and managing the RFP process. Previously, Nursel held various roles, including Senior Project Manager at Ant Yapi USA, where responsibilities included budget estimation and compliance monitoring for significant projects such as The Core Club Project and Aman New York Hotel & Residences. Additional experience spans project management and design leadership at firms like Urban Construction, Acerta, Sembol Construction Kazakhstan, and others, with a strong foundation in architecture and design from Yıldız Teknik Üniversitesi and management studies at Baruch College. Currently pursuing a Master's in Sustainability in the Urban Environment at The City College of New York, Nursel combines extensive project management acumen with a commitment to innovative and sustainable design solutions.
