Douglas Congdon

Douglas Congdon is an experienced construction program and project manager with a strong background in overseeing medium to large renovation projects from design to completion. Currently serving as Program Director at Cumming Corporation since December 2019, Douglas has previously held senior roles at JFW, Inc. and Himes Associates, Ltd. focusing on similar project management responsibilities. Douglas's career began in tenant representation roles, including Vice President at Woodmark Real Estate Services and Associate positions at Randall Hagner and The Staubach Company. Douglas has a BA in Political Science from Buffalo State University.
