Kimberly Henken

Kimberly Henken is a Senior HRIS Analyst at Cumming Group since May 2023, bringing extensive experience in Human Resource Information Systems. Previously, Kimberly held multiple roles at MiTek from September 2016 to May 2023, including HRIS Analyst III, HRIS Analyst II, Human Resources Information System Specialist, and Employee Benefits Specialist, focusing on configuration and maintenance of Workday systems, as well as managing various employee benefit plans. Earlier experience includes serving as Assistant Account Executive at Cornerstone Insurance Group from February 2014 to September 2016, where strong expertise in health and benefits was demonstrated by managing client relationships and supporting the renewal process.
