Wayne Powderly

Wayne Powderly currently serves as the Director of Project Management at Cumming Group since July 2022. Previously, Wayne held the position of Sr. Project Manager at SunWest Builders from September 2005 to July 2022, and at Marcotte & Hearne Builders from January 2001 to July 2005. Earlier in Wayne's career, Wayne worked as a Sr. Project Engineer at Swinerton Builders and as a Project Engineer at both Lusardi Construction and John F Otto Construction. Wayne began their career in construction as an Apprentice Carpenter at Old Country Builders from June 1987 to December 1993. Wayne's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from California State University-Sacramento and prior studies at the College of San Mateo and Mills High School.
