Damaris R. has a diverse background in human resources, with extensive experience in various roles within the field. Damaris R. completed their Associate of Science degree in Business Administration from Cardinal Stritch University from the years 2002 to 2004. Damaris then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Human Resource Management from the same institution, from 2004 to 2006.

Damaris also attained various certifications, including the Professional Human Resource (PHR) Certification from the Human Resource Certification Institute in January 2014, and the Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM in December 2015. Additionally, they obtained a Certificate of Achievement in Public Plan Policy from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP). Finally, Damaris earned a Human Resource Management Certificate from MRA - The Management Association.
