Justyne Testerman has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. justyne is currently working as a Senior Software Engineer at Cummings Aerospace, where they provide software solutions for naval ships. In this role, they work in an agile environment using the Atlassian tool suite and is involved in embedded software development.

Prior to this, Justyne held the position of Senior Software Development Engineer at Id Software from April 2022 onwards.

Before transitioning into software development roles, Justyne worked at Advanced Sciences and Technologies as a Testing/Data Analysis Engineer and later as a Software Engineer. justyne was responsible for testing and data analysis in their initial role, and then moved on to software development.

Their previous experience includes working as a Software Engineer at McKean Defense from September 2020 to March 2021, and as a Software Engineer at Lockheed Martin from December 2019 to May 2020.

Justyne also has experience as a Software Developer at L-3 Link Simulation & Training from December 2016 to December 2019.

Their early career was in the United States Air Force, where they held various roles. justyne served as a Test and Development Lead from August 2014 to November 2016, supervising and coordinating Air Force Test & Evaluations teams with contractors. justyne also had a role as a First Line Supervisor of Mechanics, Installers, and Repairers from April 2012 to August 2014. Additionally, Justyne worked as a Communication Navigation Technician from August 2008 to April 2012, maintaining radio and navigational systems for the B-1B Lancer Bomber aircraft. justyne was cleared for Top Secret information and granted access to Sensitive Compartmentalized Information during their time in the Air Force.

Justyne Testerman has a strong educational background in Information Technology and Avionics Maintenance Technology/Technician. justyne attended the University of Phoenix from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/Software Engineering. Prior to that, from 2007 to 2017, they attended the Community College of the Air Force, where they earned an Associate's Degree in Avionics Maintenance Technology/Technician. In 2020, Justyne returned to the University of Phoenix and completed a Master's degree in Information Technology in 2021.
