Ryan Sanders has a diverse work experience in the aerospace industry. Ryan started their career as an Associate Electrical Engineer at TRU Simulation + Training, where they reverse engineered avionic electrical systems and worked on mission-critical avionic platforms. Ryan also utilized R for processing disparate product design data and resolved time-critical electrical hardware problems in a 24/7 training environment.
Ryan then moved on to become an Electrical Engineer I at TRU Simulation + Training, where they operated as the only dual Electrical/Production Engineer with the authority to modify and update the organization's ERP system. Ryan also analyzed enterprise configuration management frameworks for various full flight simulator projects and developed interfaces for different communication protocols.
In 2018, Ryan transitioned to the role of a Software Engineer I at TRU Simulation + Training, where they worked on the Icelandair Boeing 767 Full Flight Simulator contract. Ryan designed and developed simulation software for human-machine interfaces and safety-critical systems using C and C++. Ryan also analyzed software/hardware system requirements and functional specifications.
Most recently, Ryan joined Cummings Aerospace in 2019 as a Mid-Level Software Engineer. Here, they participate in the Agile Scrum Process and performs software application development using real-time embedded C++ on different computing platforms. Ryan focuses on executing real-time software design and understanding the performance implications associated with specific detail implications.
Ryan Sanders has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of West Florida. In addition, they have obtained a certification in the Advanced Telestra 4 Training Course from Advanced Simulation Technology Inc. in April 2018.
