Tory Graves has extensive work experience in the software development field.

Starting in 1995, Tory worked as a Help Desk Administrator for The HoneyBaked Ham Company, providing technical support for software and various products. In 1998, Tory joined Fiserv IPS-Sendero as a Lead Software Development Engineer, leading a team in developing financial applications using various technologies.

In 2009, Tory worked as a Consultant for JNX Partners/Management Recruiters, providing consulting work for Magner.Network. Tory later worked as a Software Developer Contractor for firstPRO, developing ASP.Net applications.

From 2009 to 2012, Tory held the position of Lead Software Developer at Magner.Network, maintaining and creating applications for Merrill Lynch and Bank of America.

At PossibleNOW from 2012 to 2014, Tory worked as a Software Developer, building and maintaining core applications using C#, ASP.Net, TFS 2013, and SQL Server 2014.

Tory then joined Power Partners, Inc in 2014 as a Software Development Engineer, working with a small team on C#, VB.Net, and WPF projects.

From 2015 to 2016, Tory worked as a Software Contractor for HUNTER Technical - htrjobs.com, before joining CGI in 2016 as a Senior Consultant. At CGI, Tory worked on projects for clients in the healthcare and defense sectors.

Most recently, in 2023, Tory worked as a Senior Software Engineer Contractor for Levi, Ray & Shoup, Inc. (LRS), converting an application from Java/Oracle to .NET/SQL and providing assistance to clients' development teams.

Tory Graves attended St. Petersburg College from 1992 to 1994, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in General studies. They then pursued further education at Columbia Southern University from 2015 to 2017, working towards a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management with a concentration in Information Technology. In addition to their formal education, Tory has obtained several certifications. These include "Embracing Change at Work" from Skillsoft in February 2023, "Software Design: Code and Design Smells" from LinkedIn in May 2022, "Moving from Bias to Inclusion in a DEI Journey" from Skillsoft in March 2022, and "Managing Pressure and Stress to Optimize Your Performance" from Skillsoft in February 2021.
