Avon’Te Waddy

Avon’te Waddy, MSW, LSW is a dedicated social worker with a strong background in various roles within community service and mental health support. Currently serving as a School-Based Therapist at Cummins Behavioral Health Systems, Avon’te has previous experience as a Social Work Intern at SENSE Charter School and as a Family Success Coach at Southeast Community Services, where responsibilities included program development and family engagement. Past positions also include work with youth at the John H Boner Community Center and roles in management and customer service at Captain D's. Avon’te holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from the University of Indianapolis, complemented by education from Ivy Tech Community College.
