Alicia Wong Loera

Alicia Wong Loera is an experienced engineering and product management professional with a strong background in the automotive and manufacturing industries. Currently serving as Director of Brakes Strategy for North America at Cummins Inc. since June 2021, Alicia previously held several key positions at Meritor, including Sr. Product Line Manager for Air Disc Brakes and Engineering Manager for Off-Highway Planetary Axles. With a career that began in design, starting as a Packaging Designer at Vitro and advancing through various roles at companies like Schneider Electric and Sanyo Manufacturing Corporation, Alicia has demonstrated expertise in leading cross-functional teams, driving product development, and enhancing engineering practices. Alicia holds a Master's degree in Product Engineering from Universidad de Monterrey and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design from Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León.
