Celeste Monty

Celeste Monty is a dynamic and solution-driven HR Director at Cummins, Inc., with extensive experience in talent identification and development. Previously, Celeste held the role of Director of Human Resources at Jacobs Vehicle Systems and served as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Pratt & Whitney, where they successfully enhanced employee engagement and reduced grievances significantly. Celeste has also managed industrial relations strategies and contributed to company negotiations teams.
