Jenny Preston

Jenny Preston has over two decades of experience in human resources, primarily at Cummins Inc. since March 2008, where roles have included Executive Director of Global HR Operations, Global People Support Leader, and Global Compensation and Benefits Program Director, among others. Prior to Cummins, Jenny served as a Human Resource Manager at Valeo Sylvania and worked at Personnel Management Inc. as an Operations Excellence Manager. Jenny's educational background includes a degree from Indiana University Bloomington, earned between 1996 and 2000.
