Mike Spencer

Mike Spencer, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in financial analysis, marketing, and strategic management at Cummins Inc. since September 2007. In the role of Senior Marketing Specialist in Pricing, Mike analyzes global sales data to optimize sales and gross margins across multiple regions. Previous positions include Senior Financial Analyst, where Mike managed cash flow reporting and supported compensation metrics, and Senior Treasury Analyst, responsible for key financial transactions. Additionally, Mike's background includes roles as a Credit Analyst evaluating customer creditworthiness and as a Strategic Analytics Information Leader, where performance metrics and NPS surveys were developed.
