Nii Kotey possesses extensive experience in human resources leadership across various sectors and regions. Currently serving as the Regional HR Director for Africa, Middle East, and Central Asia at Cummins Inc., Nii partners with leadership teams to drive business and people-centered initiatives. Previous roles include HR Leader for Qatar, North & West Africa at Cummins Inc., and Senior HR Business Partner for Operations and Technology at Ecobank Ghana Limited. Nii also contributed as a Human Resources Manager at Samsung Electronics West Africa, overseeing HR operations in multiple West African countries, and held the position of Group Human Resources Manager at Stellar Group, providing strategic HR direction for operations in Ghana, Nigeria, and Burkina Faso. Additionally, Nii is an active member of the Board of Directors at the American Chamber of Commerce in Ghana, focusing on enhancing bilateral trade and cultural ties between the U.S. and Ghana.
