Nitin Deshpande

Nitin Deshpande has over two decades of experience in quality management and engineering, currently serving as Director of Quality for the Engine and Components Business at Cummins Inc. since May 2000. Previously, Nitin held roles including Director of Quality at Tata Cummins India Pvt Ltd and Senior General Manager at Cummins India ABO, focusing on quality improvement and process excellence. Nitin's expertise extends to leadership positions in sales and marketing within the mining, oilfield, and defense sectors, as well as significant experience in Six Sigma methodologies, achieving Master's certification and driving substantial cost savings. Nitin's educational background includes a PGEMP from SPJIMR, a Master's in Management Science from the University of Pune, a PGDBM from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar University, and a BE in Production Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Engineering College.
