Rick Leslie

Rick Leslie is a seasoned professional with over 24 years of industry experience, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Supplier Development Americas and Global Process at Cummins Inc. Previously, Rick held significant roles at companies such as Eaton Corporation, Meritor, American Axle & Manufacturing, and Schaeffler, where they drove innovations in materials engineering and supplier development. Rick also worked as an adjunct professor at Schoolcraft College, sharing knowledge in metallurgy and materials science. Rick holds a B.S. in Materials Science and Engineering from Michigan Technological University, a Master's in Mechanical Engineering from Lawrence Technological University, and an MBA in Finance from Keller Graduate School of Management.
