Sathya Gunaseelan

Sathya Gunaseelan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in supply chain management and engineering. Currently serving as the Global Supply Risk Leader and Global Sourcing Manager for Data Center at Cummins Inc. since May 2018, Sathya oversees sourcing strategies for Enclosure Category and develops synchronized business planning models for customer demand. Prior to this role, Sathya was a Senior Supply Chain Engineer at Legrand, North America, focusing on continuous improvement projects across global operations. Sathya’s career at Cummins began in 2010 with various positions, including Product Application Engineer and Six Sigma Black Belt Project Manager. Educational qualifications include an MBA from International Technological University and a Master’s Degree in Engineering from Wayne State University, complemented by a Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Instrumentation Engineering from Avinahilingam Deemed University.
