Gonzalo Kirberg is the current CEO at Cumplo. Prior to their current position, they served as the Country Manager at Johnson & Johnson from March 2007 to September 2011. There, they were responsible for creating the company in Chile from the purchase of J&J Internacional's Consumer Products Division from Pfizer (Listerine, Lubriderm, Visine, Caladryl, etc.) and the business that was maintained through Key Company S.A. Additionally, they oversaw the implementation of all plans to successfully create the J&J culture in Chile, including a deep redesign of the Go to Market strategy (product portfolio, categories, customers, structure, etc.) that laid the foundation for solid, profitable, long-term growth. Gonzalo also led a consistent increase in market share for key categories, achieving sustained improvements through the definition of plans based on the real needs of consumers. Lastly, they oversaw a systematic increase in our participation in key retail channels (pharmacies, supermarkets and department stores).

From January 2012 to July 2015, Kirberg served as Managing Director at Nova-Best.

Gonzalo Kirberg has an MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and a degree in Ingenieria Comercial from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
