Matt Parowski

Matt Parowski, PMP has a diverse work experience that spans over several companies. Matt is currently the Director of Professional Services at Cumulus Consulting, LLC, a position they have held since January 2023.

Before their current role, Matt worked at Plex Systems, Inc. from September 2011 to January 2023. At Plex Systems, they held various roles including Sr. Solution Engineer, Solution Architect, Senior Consultant, and Delivery Consultant. In their role as a Delivery Consultant, Matt managed project teams and deployed ERP software in large multi-tenant manufacturing organizations. Matt engaged with customers to gather detailed business process requirements, configured software, and trained customers on the use of applications. Matt employed project management principles to ensure timely delivery within budget, and provided advice on business process improvements. Matt also played a key role in deploying Plex ERP software in Tier I & II automotive, Electronics, Defense and Aerospace, and Food and Beverage industries. Matt also contributed to the development of project management tools and standards within the Plex Global Services & Support team.

Prior to their time at Plex Systems, Matt worked as the Lead Consultant at Westfall SCM Consulting from August 2010 to September 2011. Matt also had experience in procurement and material planning at Jabil from March 2008 to August 2010, and as a Supply Chain Intern at Stryker Medical from April 2008 to June 2008.

Matt Parowski, PMP attended Western Michigan University - Haworth College of Business from 2003 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management (BBA). In July 2014, they also obtained the Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute.
