Previously, Demay held the position of Program Director at WWLI-FM, where the station attained top rankings and increased listenership by 40%. Demay’s extensive background in radio programming spans various roles at multiple companies, including leading WJBR to #1 overall ratings, managing a successful social media presence, and overseeing significant promotional efforts at Entercom Buffalo and other networks. An alumnus of Central Michigan University with a degree in Communication, Journalism, and English, Demay brings decades of experience in radio management and programming to the industry.
