Charmaine Jackson-Lewis

Charmaine Jackson-Lewis, MBA has over 30 years of experience in payroll and accounts payable roles. Charmaine has held various positions in different companies, including CUMULUS MEDIA, SAIC, Booz Allen Hamilton, Aptuit, Kansas City Area Transportation, SBC, and AT&T.

Most recently, Charmaine served as the Senior Director of Payroll and Accounts Payable at CUMULUS MEDIA, where they managed all aspects of the payroll operation for 8,000 employees. Charmaine was responsible for payroll policies and procedures, vendor management, payroll calendar production, and ensuring accurate payroll processes.

Prior to their role at CUMULUS MEDIA, Charmaine worked at SAIC as the Assistant Vice President/Director of Payroll, overseeing the outsourced payroll operation. Charmaine also collaborated with the finance department to meet payroll payment needs and maintained controls for accurate procedures.

Charmaine has also held international payroll and tax management positions at Booz Allen Hamilton and Aptuit, where they managed payroll processes and personnel for multiple countries. Additionally, they have experience in payroll and accounts payable supervision at Kansas City Area Transportation.

Earlier in their career, Charmaine worked as an Account Representative at SBC and as a Payroll Clerk at AT&T, where they gained experience in data input, tax payments, and employee support.

Charmaine's extensive work experience demonstrates their expertise in payroll management, vendor coordination, policy development, and overseeing controls for accurate procedures.

Charmaine Jackson-Lewis, MBA earned their Associates in Accounting from Longview Community College in 2007. Charmaine then went on to receive a Bachelors of Science in Human Resources from Park University in 2009. Continuing their education, they completed their Masters of Business Administration with a focus in Finance at Park University in 2011.
