John Kaufman

John Kaufman has over 30 years of work experience starting from 1989 to present. John held various sales positions at American Airlines from 1989 to 1992. From 1994 to 2000, they worked at American Airlines in roles related to revenue management, customer relationship management (CRM), finance, and SABRE. John then joined Priceline.com in 2000 as Vice President of Domestic Airline Management and later became Vice President of Revenue Management and Merchandising for Priceline Perfect Yardsale. In 2001, they moved to Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc., where they served as Vice President of Global Revenue Management and later as Vice President of Customer Relationship Management. In 2007, they worked at Extended Stay Hotels as Executive Vice President of Revenue Management and Electronic Marketing. From 2009 to 2014, they worked at iHeartMedia, where they held roles including Senior Vice President of Revenue Management, Executive Vice President of Business Operations, and President of Business Operations. From 2014 to 2017, they worked at JK Steele Consulting as Principal. John currently holds a position at Cumulus Media as Senior Vice President of Revenue Strategy and Operations, starting in 2017. Additionally, in 2015, they served as President and COO at Spaces (previously known as ParcMate), where they were responsible for strategic planning, team creation, product development, and customer acquisition.

John Kaufman obtained an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business from 1992 to 1994. Prior to that, they earned a BA in Government from Cornell University, graduating between 1985 and 1989.
