Kriston Fancellas

Kriston Fancellas has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Kriston started their career as a Human Resources Coordinator at W Atlanta Perimeter in 1999 and gradually climbed up the ladder with various roles in different companies, all under the Starwood Hotels & Resorts brand. Throughout their career, Kriston has held positions such as Human Resources Manager at Westin Peachtree Plaza, Director of Human Resources at multiple Starwood Hotels & Resorts properties including Sheraton Gateway, Westin Atlanta North at Perimeter, and Westin Buckhead Atlanta, and Complex Director of Human Resources at Westin Buckhead Atlanta & W Atlanta Perimeter. In 2010, they joined the W Atlanta Midtown & Atlanta Recruitment Center as the Director of Human Resources, responsible for handling the HR functions and full cycle recruitment process for Atlanta Area Starwood properties. Finally, in 2016, Kriston joined Cumulus Media as the Vice President of Human Resources before being promoted to the role of Senior Vice President of Human Resources in July 2022.

Kriston Fancellas obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in HR Management from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business from 1995 to 1999. They also hold additional certifications including SHRM-SCP from the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) obtained in July 2015, Six Sigma Green Belt obtained in 2004, and Professional Human Resources Certification obtained in 2001.
