Lindy Nodine Rebc

Lindy Nodine REBC, PHR has a strong background in benefits management and HR operations. Lindy began their career at Northwestern Benefit Corporation as a Benefits Support Specialist, where they managed client workload and resolved customer service issues. Lindy then transitioned to the role of Benefits Consultant, handling benefit plans, regulatory compliance, and acting as an outsourced HR contact. Lindy later joined Allconnect as a Benefits Manager, overseeing various benefit programs and analyzing offerings to remain competitive. Lindy was promoted to Sr. Manager HR Operations, where they formulated budget projections and managed all benefits operating budgets. Currently, Lindy is with CUMULUS MEDIA as the Vice President of Benefits, responsible for strategic planning, implementation, and administration of health and retirement programs. Lindy utilizes their extensive knowledge of the healthcare landscape and creative benefit design to attract and retain top talent. Lindy is skilled in vendor management and identifying opportunities for process improvements.

Lindy Nodine REBC, PHR holds a Master's degree in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management from Florida State University, which was obtained in 2001. Lindy also has a Bachelor's degree in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management from Northern Arizona University, earned in 1997. Prior to that, Lindy attended Berry College from 1993 to 1995. Additionally, Lindy has obtained three certifications: PHR from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in 2015, RHU from The American College of Financial Services in 2011, and REBC from NAHU, although the year of obtaining REBC is unspecified.
