Marlene Hamilton

Marlene Hamilton, SHRM-SCP, has a solid background in human resources with extensive experience in various industries. Currently, they serve as the Director of Human Resources at Cumulus Media, a position they have held since May 2021. Prior to joining Cumulus Media, Marlene worked at LAZ Parking as a Senior HR Business Partner for Southeast & Florida from April 2019 to May 2021. Before that, they worked at Marriott International as the Director of Human Resources from September 2016 to April 2019.
