Marv Nyren

Marv Nyren currently serves as Vice President and Market Manager for Cumulus Media, overseeing the operations of four radio stations in Chicago, IL since November 2017. Prior to this role, Marv held the position of Vice President of Corporate Sponsorship at Chicago Public Media from January 2016 to November 2017. Marv also served as President and Regional Market Manager at iHeart Media, managing 13 radio stations in Jacksonville, FL and Brunswick, GA from January 2012 to September 2015. Earlier experience includes over 18 years at Emmis Communications as Regional Vice President and Market Manager, responsible for four markets, and at Katz Media Group as an Account Executive and Sales Manager, where Marv initiated the first business development unit for the Southeast. Marv holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communications from the University of Arizona and completed undergraduate studies in Business at the University of Michigan.
