Olga Bolotinskaya

Olga Bolotinskaya is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and commercial transactions. Currently serving as Senior Counsel at CUMULUS MEDIA since October 2020, Olga previously held the position of Senior Counsel at Georgia-Pacific LLC, focusing on the Packaging, Cellulose Procurement, and International Logistics divisions. Olga's legal career also includes a role as a Corporate Associate at Jones Day, where complex corporate reorganizations and capital raising transactions were managed. Earlier experience includes work as a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal and interpreter/translator, along with a background in teaching English. Olga holds a Juris Doctor from Georgia State University College of Law and a BA in Linguistics from Herzen State Pedagogical University of Russia.
