Andressa Ricci-Williams

Andressa Ricci-Williams is a seasoned professional in the cruise and travel industry, currently serving as the Loyalty and Voyage Sales Manager and Destination Specialist at Cunard since October 2017. In this role, Andressa has been responsible for giving lectures on cruise destinations and managing the Shore Excursions Department, promoting and organizing excursions for passengers. Previous experience includes positions at Smart Age Solutions as a Business Development Representative and various roles at Royal Caribbean International, including Group Coordinator and Guest Services Officer.
