Louisa Gould is a Senior CRM Manager at Cunard, overseeing marketing communications and customer relationships to maximize booking and revenue opportunities. With a background in loyalty programs and direct marketing, Louisa has experience managing Cunard's past guest loyalty program, The Cunard World Club. Prior to Cunard, Louisa worked as a Princess Captain's Circle Executive at Princess Cruises. Louisa holds a BA (Hons) in International Business Studies with German from the University of Plymouth.
