Lucy May currently serves as the Head of DEI & Culture at Cundall, a role held since May 2023, where oversight of the global DEI & Culture team encompasses support for 26 offices across the UK&I, EMENA, and APAC regions, alongside contributing to the company's global growth strategy. Additionally, Lucy has been a Women's Select Group Referee for Professional Game Match Officials Limited (PGMOL) since August 2021.
