Laura Espada Abajo

Laura Espada Abajo serves as the Global Head of DEI, Culture, & Social Impact at Parques Reunidos since March 2024, where responsibilities also include coordination of Fundación Parques Reunidos. Prior to this role, Laura was the HR-DEI Project Director at Fundación Randstad from April 2021 to March 2024, actively participating in the Sustainability Committee for Randstad España and the BRG Alliance for Disabilities at Randstad Global. Laura's educational background includes a Master of Science in Psychology of Mental Health from The University of Edinburgh and a dual degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Universidad Europea.
