Kelli Brown

Kelli Brown is an experienced professional in the field of information technology and business intelligence, currently serving as the Business Intelligence and Technology Manager at CUPA-HR since September 2014, after holding the position of Business Intelligence and Technology Specialist. Prior to this, Kelli worked at Ruby Tuesday from May 2007 to September 2014, contributing as an IT POS Systems Analyst, where responsibilities included developing PL/SQL scripts, programming MICROS point-of-sale SIMs, and providing production support, along with experience as an IT Quality Assurance Analyst focused on software testing and test case development. Earlier experience includes an internship at the University of Tennessee Medical Center and roles as a Reservation Sales Agent at Cendant. Kelli holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Information Technology from Pellissippi State Technical Community College.
