Rob Shomaker has extensive work experience in various roles related to information systems and technology. Rob began their career in 2000 as an IT Administrator at U30 Group, Inc. In 2003, they became a Database Manager before later being promoted to Manager, Information Systems at the same company. In 2007, they joined CUPA-HR as Chief Information Officer and held this position until 2011 when they became Vice President and Chief Information Officer. From 2012 until 2020, they served as Vice President & Chief Operating Officer. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Vice President at CUPA-HR.

Rob Shomaker's education history includes the following:
