Wes Harmon has over 15 years of work experience, primarily in the field of learning and professional development. Wes has recently worked at CUPA-HR, starting in 2011 as a Learning and Professional Development Intern, and progressing to roles such as Manager, Senior Manager, and currently, Associate Director of Learning and Professional Development. Prior to this, Wes worked at the University of Tennessee Office of the Parents Association, where they held various positions including Graduate Assistant, Interim Coordinator, and Student Assistant.

Wes Harmon completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a concentration in Public Administration from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Wes pursued this degree from 2005 to 2009. During their undergraduate studies, Wes also obtained minors in Business Administration and Vocal Performance. Following their completion of the Bachelor's degree, they went on to pursue a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee. Wes attended this program from 2010 to 2011.
