Rolando Flores

Rolando Flores is a Costing Engineer at Cupid Foundations, Inc. since January 2021 and previously worked as a Senior Engineer at UniFirst Corporation from January 2018 to January 2021, where responsibilities included managing various innovation projects and leading Lean transformation initiatives at UniFirst Nicaragua. Prior to that, Rolando held the position of Production Assistant Manager at Grace Fashion Nicaragua SA from January 2017 to September 2017, focusing on production line control and ongoing training for staff. An alumnus of Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Nicaragua, Rolando earned a degree in Industrial Engineering and Systems from 2012 to 2016.
