MK.karthi Raj has extensive experience in the medical imaging sector, currently serving as the Department Manager for MRI Technical Support at Canon Medical Systems (Erbis Engineering) since May 2018. In this role, MK.karthi Raj oversees the Customer Care Solution Centre for the Indian Subcontinent, managing end-to-end customer call processes, technical support, MRI installations, and customer satisfaction for CANON/TOSHIBA MRI scanners.
