Jessica Pettie CDM CFPP has extensive experience in the culinary and hospitality industry, currently serving as Operations Support Manager for Cura Hospitality since 2011, with prior roles including Director of Dining Services and Cook Supervisor. From 2006 to 2011, Jessica worked at Lutheran Community at Telford as a Cook/Sous Chef. Jessica holds a Certified Dietary Manager degree from Lehigh Carbon Community College and an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts from Bucks County Community College, completed in 2006.

As our client’s needs evolve, so do we. We are a company of experienced dining services professionals that came together under one name in 2019, previously doing business as Cura, A’viands and Valley Services, providing services in Life Plan Communities, and Acute Care. Cura is now part of Elior North America where, together, we are small enough to care and big enough to make a difference.
